Mizzy Lake Trail, Algonquin Provincial Park, Ontario - Hiking Trails Near

5114 Miles of you

It is a path that must be started very early, because the journey usually
lasts a full day. If you like the various fauna, this is the place. The Parkway
corridor has nine ponds and small lakes. This is not the choice that is
missing. Note that dogs are prohibited on this track.

The Mizzy Trail

In the northern part of Mizzy Lake is a bay, also known as "growing
meadow". You can walk there and see several wild animals.

Buried in a forest environment, this trail ends on the East Coast. During this
trip, we can easily discover dams erected by beavers.

For information, this lake Mizzy is a large body of water ending in a dam to
the south. With the change in water level, you can see a layer of vegetation
all year round.

Indeed, it is a journey that can last up to 8 hours maximum time. To finish
this route quickly, hikers are often advised to wear professional walking
shoes. The trail is rocky and established.

Located exactly 15.4 km off Highway 60, signs have been placed so people can
easily find this trail. A guide and a map will be provided as soon as you
start. During this trip, you can easily meet wild animals, and wearing shoes
suitable for walking would be required.
